Penelopei Withers is the adopted daughter of Lady Vera Withers of Widow's Dale. She is a character in A Death at Dawn.

Penelopei is an energetic and beautiful girl. She has long black wavy hair, dark brown eyes, and coppery colored golden skin.
History[]
Penelopei was born in Widow's Dale, the Riverlands, on the fourteenth day of the Beaver Moon during the four hundred and ninetieth year after the Secession of Man. She has five adopted siblings. One older brother named Ossian and one younger brother Lucius; two older sisters named Lysane and Cornelia and one younger sister named Nebula.
Her nickname is Pei.
